Bookings are subject to approval to ensure compliance with session requirements and participant availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the session will receive a full refund; however, cancellations made beyond this timeframe will incur a fee amounting to 40% of the total price.

All sessions will be conducted via the Zoom platform, ensuring a seamless and interactive virtual experience.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and secure your spot in the session.

Rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to allow for accommodation and adjustments in scheduling.

In case of technical difficulties, please contact our dedicated support team immediately for prompt assistance and troubleshooting services.

Participants are strongly advised to join the session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to address potential connection issues and ensure the session begins promptly.

For group bookings, it is imperative that all participants register their details at least 48 hours before the session to facilitate adequate preparation and coordination.

Please note that failure to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, as stated in our attendance policy.

Privacy is one of our top priorities: all participant information, including session recordings if applicable, is handled with strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards.

All bookings are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party without obtaining prior written approval from our team.

Participants must ensure their devices meet the technical requirements for Zoom, including a stable internet connection, functional audio and video capabilities, and updated software versions.

Sessions are meticulously designed for educational purposes, and any unauthorized distribution or reproduction of session content is strictly prohibited. However, participants are welcome to use the recipes and methods provided during the session for personal and non-commercial purposes.
